Phones – We’re Still Here!
Lately, our phone service provider has been experiencing denial of service attacks over the internet. This has affected our phone service along with thousands of other customers. If you get a phone message that our number is out of service, if calls don’t transfer to an extension, or if we can’t hear you or you can’t hear us, rest assured Lights Alive is still here in operation, and our service provider is dealing with the issues. This time of the year, we’re frequently in the shop and away from the phone, so email is the best method of reaching us.
